The Big Debate Among Locals: ITP vs OTP

"ITP" or "In the Perimeter" is highlighted in green to the left. It is everything within the 285 loop that circles Atlanta. ITP is generally what you think of when you hear Atlanta. It is where downtown, midtown and Buckhead are located.
"OTP" or "Outside the Perimeter" is generally known as the suburbs. It is everything outside the 285 loop and makes up Metro Atlanta.
