Living in Virginia Highlands
Virginia Highlands, commonly referred to as “VA-HI,” is easily one of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods to live in. Located in the northeast section of downtown Atlanta and 1/4 mile from the Beltline, Virginia Highlands location speaks for itself. It is minutes away from anything and everything that midtown Atlanta has to offer. Voted the “#4 best neighborhood in the south” by Southern Living Magazine, its residents agree that there is never a shortage of things to do. Its popularity definitely comes at a price with single family homes ranging from the mid $750’s to a whopping $4 million. If a detached home is not your speed, there are also quite a few condos that typically start around the mid $250’s.

Two highly-rated restaurants in the area include Murphy's, celebrated for its American cuisine and popular brunch offerings, and La Tavola Trattoria, known for its authentic Italian dishes and cozy atmosphere.
