As a Georgia Tech Alumni and an Atlanta homeowner, I have an intimate knowledge and love for Atlanta. After college, my husband and I moved away from Atlanta for a few years. We moved back at our first opportunity because we realized how special this city is.
As a Georgia native, I have lived in many neighborhoods throughout Metro Atlanta. Atlanta may seem like an overwhelming metropolis, but those familiar with the city know it to be comprised of an extremely wide variety of people as well as neighborhoods. That is why it’s so important to find an agent who has experience with all of Atlanta’s different “personalities” and can help guide you toward the best location for your needs, likes and lifestyle.
My favorite part about real estate is putting the puzzle pieces together. I love helping create win-win situations for both sides of a transaction and finding the perfect house and location to fit my clients lifestyle and needs.

I am a Georgia Tech alum and have fallen in love with the city of Atlanta. Atlanta is a far cry from the city where I grew up, Knoxville, TN. As a Georgia Tech alum I can not imagine living anywhere else. Concerts, football games, all college and professional sports, massive parades and festivals, and everything in between, there are so many exciting things to do and be a part of in this great city.
My wife and I have lived here for over 8 years. We have since developed a great knowledge of Atlanta and the surrounding areas. My drive and passion for this city is my reason for being in real estate. I love helping people fulfill their dreams. Buying or selling a house is often a major part of that journey.
I have a competitive edge and unparalleled work ethic as a former college athlete and retired NFL player. These are important characteristics when it comes to buying or selling a home. Hi Everyone, I’m Caroline! I am currently a student at the University of Alabama as a General Business major with a concentration in Real Estate. Although I was sad to say “see you later” to Tuscaloosa, I am thrilled to be the newest addition to Cottrell & Associates as the Marketing Coordinator.
While growing up in Marietta, I developed a deep appreciation of the sense of belonging that a community can provide. Mix in the inspiration she gained watching her weekend-warrior home-improvement project parents pour so much work and love into our family home, and the result was my personal passion to help others find that perfect blend of home and community for themselves.
I am looking forward to this next chapter, eager to bring my creativity and dedication to providing unparalleled client support. My commitment is to ensure each client receives exceptional service and guidance throughout their home buying or selling journey. I am also looking forward to going home each evening to share all that I have experienced with my incredible dogs, Raye and Skye.
